The Galaxy Note 10.1 launching on 24th August in India, available for pre-booking
Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy Note 10.1 in India on the 24th of August that is tomorrow, while pre-booking has already started at Samsung India’s e-store. Customers are required to pay Rs 2,000 in advance for pre-booking, which also comes with an offer for a free bookcover for the device
After being launched in the US, UK and South Korea, the Galaxy Note 10.1 is finally set to be rolled out officially in India starting tomorrow that is the 24th of August. To avoid queuing up for your 10-inch Galaxy Note at retails, the device can be pre-booked at Samsung India’s e-store. Pre-booking would require an advance payment of Rs 2,000 up-on which you would be landing a free bookcover worth Rs 3,249 for your Galaxy Note 10.1.
The site also states that after their pre-booking customers would be notified by e-mails at the time of launch and that the product would be dispatched on a first-come-first-served basis. So hurry up and place your order before the Galaxy Note 10.1 runs out of stock. Currently the 16GB variant is available for pre-order and it comes in white, while the device itself is being listed as the Galaxy Note 800 on the site.

The larger version of the ever popular Galaxy Note has been priced at $499 (Rs 27,900.27 approx) in the US for the 8GB variant, while the 16GB variant has been priced at $549 (Rs 30,683.87 approx). Although the exact price is yet to be known, we can expect it to be near about that of the US or we can wait till it’s been launched.
