The 5-inched HTC Droid Incredible X will wear the next Nexus crown
HTC Droid Incredible X, as reports name it for the 5-inch HTC phablet is what Google has in mind as part of ‘one’ of their next Nexus devices
Based on rumors of what we’ve heard, the 5-inch HTC phablet causing stir is believed to be the next Google Nexus. HTC Droid Incredible X as reports name it for the 5-inch HTC phablet is what Google has in mind as part of ‘one’ of their next Nexus devices.
I say ‘one’ because Samsung too is reportedly working on the original Galaxy Nexus successor, the Galaxy Nexus 2, SamMobile happened to report late august. The specs aren’t significantly different apart from few megapixels being added to the rear shooter and an inclusion of micro SD card.
Under the hood, the HTC phablet will reportedly feature 1.5 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage and a quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor. Moreover, there would be two LED’s at the front and rear notifying you of missed calls or incoming messages.
So there’s one more manufacturer in the Nexus queue now apart from Samsung. LG and Sony too are believed to have plans for their Nexus devices. And why not? After all they have heavily invested on Android and as OEM partners, Google won’t let them down.
