Nokia Asha 308 goes on sale from today in India
The Nokia Asha 308 launched a month back in India is available for a buy online now. The 3.0-inch handset is reportedly the cheapest Asha model from the Finnish company.
The handset has features like a 3.0 capacitive touchscreen display, Java OS and equipped for GPRS (Class 12, 48 kbps) and Edge (Class 12). In addition, the handset features a 2MP camera, WAP 2.0/xHTML and HTML pre-installed browsers.
Internal memory stands at 64 MB and also features a micro SD memory slot.
Additional features include MP4/WMV/H.264 player, MP3/WAV/eAAC+ player, Organizer, Voice memo/commands, Predictive text input (Swype). You also get 40 EA games worth Rs. 2700 packed onto your phone including nostalgic ones like Tetris, Nokia maps and the push one out pop one in SIM card feature that allows you to change SIM cards without having to switch off your phone.
The handset is priced at Rs. 5685 and available at the Nokia India website.
