A new smartphone from Motorola got official named Photon Q. Typical Motorola style and this one sports a 4.3 inch display with a physical slider QWERTY keypad for those longing quite sometime from now. This one surely is a change amidst virtual QWERTY’s these days.

Availability and pricing details are not unknown yet but the on the specifications side enough of it is available.

The Photon Q is prepared for Android 4.0 ICS and powered by a 1.5Ghz dual-core processor. An 8 MP camera rests on the back and an “HD” camera on the front (pixels are not known). A decent 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB internal storage marks the Photon Q. Additionally, a micro SD card slot is provided for expanding

or AT & T. Reports suggests that a storage upto 32 GB. Interestingly NFC capabilities are also built in.

The Photon Q is also prepared for the LTE network and we may soon see on either Verizon complete specsheet would be made available soon.

Lastly, the Photon Q brings some news for Developers too as Motorola will ship this with an unlocked bootloader. However, there will be restrictions to keep carriers subdued.
