Intex launches one of the cheapest Marshmallow powered Smartphone

Intex launched their brand new Entry-level Cloud series of phone called Intex Cloud Glory 4G on Flipkart last night. This Android 6.0 – powered affordable Smartphone will cost only Rs. 3,999 – making it one of the cheapest Android devices available in the market today.

The Intex Cloud Glory 4G sports a 4.5-inch (480 x 850 px) display in a body that is 9mm thin. It is powered by a 1ghZ Mediatek MT6735M chip along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of flash storage with up to 32GB of external storage support via microSD card.

On the photography front the phone comes with a 5MP rear and a 2MP front camera – quite a decent combination at the price point. You get AF and a good F/2.8 maximum aperture on the rear camera, although the front camera has fixed focus. You also get a dual-SIM 4G enabled device (only one SIM can be used for 4G or 3G at one time), and a good 1800mAh battery which should be enough to power the very modest screen for most part of the day.

Intex has gone ahead and promised to also provide a free screen guard and protective cover in the box, although those of you looking for a free set of earphones will most likely be disappointed.
