Android 4.0.4 updates for HTC Incredible S has been released for the Indian consumers and the users can now experience the Ice cream Sandwich Platform on their devices
Finally, Android 4.0.4 updates for the HTC Incredible S has landed for the Indian consumers. The new update is expected to give a better look over the current Gingerbread platform.
This new update will bring up upgrades on your device like HTC Sense 3.6, new look of the on screen functions and also redesigned multitasking. You will also get customizable launcher in the home screen and even music controls in the notification bar.
The OTA update is about 250MB in size and is available in software update. For the consumers who are yet to receive the notification can check manually. The Taiwanese manufacturer has globally announced a schedule for Android 4.0 updates last month and so have also rolled out updates for some of their other models like Sensation XL and EVO 3D.
This device was earlier released with Android 2.2 which was later updated to Gingerbread in March last year. It features a 1GHz Scorpion processor and has 1GB ROM and 768MB of RAM. Other important specifications includes an attractive 8MP rear camera along with a 1.3MP video calling camera to its front and connectivity options like Wi-Fi, 3G, DLNA, GPS and Bluetooth 2.1. Its memory can be extended up to 32GB with its microSD card slot.
