For every flagship smartphones, there might be ten chinese look-alikes flooding the market at the same time. For an entry-level device, there might be even more. So we won’t be surprised if you have that look of skepticism about any Chinese company (except maybe Lenovo after they bought Thinkpad) – even more so if you happen to know that the Chinese mobile industry epicenter is in Shenzhen. Yes, Huawei is a Chinese company, yes it is based out of Shenzhen, but no – it is not like any other Chinese Smartphone manufacturer. They have their own niche in quality devices that every now and then come up with unique features. One such great feature is cloud storage, and the Huawei Sonic U8650 is one such phone.
