HTC Incredible S lands in India
India seems to have been getting a lot of HTC attention lately. The Taiwanese mobile giant releases the 4-inch monster called Incredible S in India yesterday. Priced at Rs. 28,900 (Oh you know it will come down, don’t you?), this Desire HD sibling inherits most of the features from its predecessor – like the 8MP cam with dual-LED flash, and HD video recording, the same LCD screen that drains battery like anything, a 1GHz Scorpion CPU, 1GB ROM and 768MB RAM.
What this one has in addition is the 1.3MP video call cam on the front. You can also upgrade the existing Android 2.2 to Gingerbread.
The phone’s connectivity options include DLNA, GPS and Bluetooth 2.1. DLNA is a feature used to share videos, pictures and music with other DLNA capable devices.
Prefer it over the Desire HD mainly for the front-facing camera.
