DataWind enters into strategic alliance with Yahoo; Ubislate +7 coming tomorrow to India

DataWind, an arch provider of wireless products and services, today went on to make a cardinal affiliation with Yahoo! India, to accredit Yahoo! casework on its soon to be launched book Ubislate7+. As an aftereffect of this partnership, the Yahoo! Cricket will appear as the absolute candid browser hence forth in the Tablet. The Yahoo! Cricket app will be preloaded as well in the Ubislate7+ tablet.

Ubislate7+ runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread as the Operating system and sports a 7 inch display. In terms of connectivity, it offers both WiFi and GPRS options, thus not restricting users to web access. Its powered by a Cortex A8 – 800 Mhz processor and a 3200 mAH battery. Optional 3G modems are also supported via USB. In addition to a micro-SD card slot, a full-sized USB port is integrated into the unit allowing pen-drives, external keyboards, web-cams, dongles and other inexpensive peripherals to be attached.
