sprint logo 1 300x162 Bye bye Windows, its Android’s turn now; says Sprint4G Long Term Evolution (LTE). This is precisely what Sprint would be focusing now. David Owens, A Senior VP at Sprint revealed that the company is done with the WiMAX smartphones. According to Owens, “abandon the old and welcome the new” is the concept Sprint is applying here.

Owens also revealed that Sprint would slowly incline towards Android and iOS this, bearing in mind the immense software requisitions on these platforms, an area where Microsoft is (no doubt) lacking behind. Sprint didn’t have a very good experience with Windows phones. “The number-one reason the product was returned was the user experience.”-reportedly said Owens.
