- Camera
The Samsung Galaxy S3 happens to feature an 8 mega-pixel camera which is basically a Sony back illuminated sensor (BSI) unit same as that found in the all-so-popular Apple iPhone 4S. This will definitely let users do the comparing in the picture quality differences in Android and Apple iOS.

- Processor
The 4.8 inched screen of the Samsung Galaxy S3 sits on the Samsung Exynos 4412 quad-core A9 processor with 1GB DDR2 memory inside. The quad core Samsung chip from Samsung was recently announces in April and has been put to use for the first time since then. The quad core processor from Samsung happens to have a processing capability two times as that of the 45-nanometer process based Exynos, said a Samsung official while at the launch of the quad core processor in April.
- Battery
The S3 possesses a 2100mAh battery which is much bigger than the iPhone 4S’s 1420 mAh and Galaxy Nexus’s 1750 mAh battery.
